Fishin Hodge Posted March 17, 2014 Author Posted March 17, 2014 Definately receives more pressure than our lakes on a consistant basis. The creeks down there were like cricket during the crappie/white bass runs, except noone was catching anything.
Quillback Posted March 18, 2014 Posted March 18, 2014 Yep thanks for the report, I need to fish that lake one of these days. Don't they have catch and release rules there, you can only keep one over a certain length?
Flysmallie Posted March 18, 2014 Posted March 18, 2014 Don't they have catch and release rules there, you can only keep one over a certain length? Black bass For largemouth bass, length limit is a 16-24” slot. Bass 16 inches and less or 24 inches or greater in length may be retained. Only one bass 24 inches or greater may be retained each day. For smallmouth bass (if present), minimum length = 14 inches. No minimum length on spotted and Guadalupe bass (if present.) Daily bag limit for all four species = 5 bass in combination.
