A while back i heard stockton dam was closed. Is it still closed and why was it closed and if it is closed i dont know what to do for white bass his year can you guys help me out any good spots?

It was closed to allow for a new turbine to be put in place. I know the new turbine is not on line yet buut I don't know if the road is still closed or not.

I saw vehicles driving across it at 1:00 P.M. today 3/11/2014.

In addition the wind coming across that 37 degree water is dang co ld!
