Quillback Posted March 30, 2014 Posted March 30, 2014 Fished from noon until 6 PM. There was a decent bite from about noon until 4 PM on windy banks, good numbers, but not the greatest quality. I caught 20 bass, but only 6 keepers, a couple of 2.5 lb. LM's were the big fish. Fish came on the Wart, 4.5 inch Black/blue flake Yamamoto flipping tube, and the Ned rig. Also picked up a near keeper walleye on the Ned. Had a couple of hangups today on the Ned where as I moved the boat over to free the snag, a bass picked up the hung Ned. This happens every once in a while when I'm fishing jigs or t-rigged plastics, but I've never had it happen twice in a day. Funny when it happens. I always say thank you to the bass when they help me out like that Water temps 48 - 50.

Especially over the top branches, for whatever reason.

It is simply HE-- to get old. "I'm talking about me not her. Thought I had better clarify." http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
