I have used this a long time. It does work well in most cases.

Very nice thanks. I have been able to especially on tubes to reverse the hook like this thru the mouth as my fingers are long enough to for the most part even on SM and K's to reach in. I will tell you my index finger is a mess most of the Summer. I believe this will save me some pain.
