I don't think they are in any hurry to leave. Still a lot of skinny brownies and blacks, looks like they may have come off beds in the last little bit. Water is only 74 after all is said and done. Fish have not really been back where the run in would be in play, although there is certainly bait there.

When you say creeks, are you referring to being in river arms (White River, Kings, James etc) or are you referring to being in coves with water flowing into them? Such as rock creek or even coves with unnamed tributaries? I only make it to TR to fish a few times a year, but we have done real well out of Eagle Rock the past couple years at this time. All the changing water conditions and lack of topwater bite have me a little concerned that we may be in for a tougher trip this weekend.

Creeks as in Fisher, Mill, etc., (although not necessarily those few). Not big coves or little drains.

And they moved some, but not far. Just different, as this lake often is. Will put a report up later. Burnt bends time now.

Eagle Rock is an ideal start point for times when the lake is confused. Roaring River stays pretty clear even when up and flowing, right at that point the lake starts being a real lake, but the river part is in easy reach, and several great places are minutes away.

Thanks for the report! I had the same result at Stockton. Caught some on a t rigged worm on brush, wobble head, jig and jika rig on bluff ends and and pitching the worm in shallow bushes. Nothing on top water in the morning. I never got onto one particular pattern.
