Stockton lake fisherman,dont think for a second that your lake is not next in line for the major traffic and giant wake boats!!!!! These marinas are adding on for a reason. One of them is their own personal gain. They are not concerned if the lake turns into a s#$t hole full of drunk boaters. Hell, they sell booze right next to the gas pump. Enjoy yor lake while you can. Mark my words!!!!!!

I was out today fishing a main lake point just south of hawker. As I was getting ready to leave a yellow wake boat buzzed by me pretty close. wtf I thought so I followed and saw these buffoons blast right by another angler in a deep v right at the entrance to hawker bay. They continued to the mouth of hawker and I thought they were going to run aground at that little island. I felt bad for the guy they swamped driving 30' away from him.

Some people are oblivious of others out on the lake. The sheer rudness and lack of respect is appalling sometimes. You can hollar at them and flip them off but it does no good !! The world has a lot of stupid idiots anymore !

In addition to the fact that they are idiots the ones that add alcohol to the mix are exceptionally dangerous. I'm not against drinking and have been known to indulge myself now and then but never when boating or driving.

last thursday i was fishimg the ruark west campground side fairly close to the bank and a yellow wake boat came pretty close to us and he went off plane throwing some pretty big rollers and as soon as he passed us he planed back up. had to turn the boat into the wakes they were so big.
