Duck Posted July 12, 2014 Posted July 12, 2014 Put in at Emerald Beach with son and grandson , first cast at 5:20 with top water lures, caught 2 very near keepers and that was that. Went to the drop shot with PBJ finesse worm and started getting bite, ended with 21 total but only 2 would measure, the other 19 were clones of 14 -14 1/2 inches. None spit up anything to show us what they were feeding on. Water temp of 82. Off at 8:45 when the Navy and heat started to build. Pretty morning, Good Fishin, Duck.
Quillback Posted July 12, 2014 Posted July 12, 2014 That is pretty good for this time of the year - best drop shot report I've heard so far this summer.
Bill Babler Posted July 12, 2014 Posted July 12, 2014 Thanks Duckster, nice report on the droppers. Hope I can help you wrestle with them next week. http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
