There is some new tackle that I cant wait to get my hands on.

Some of them I can afford, others I can't.

Strike King:

Mark Davis Structure Head- is the rig he used at TR.

KVD 8.0 Squarebill is a massive square bill crankbait, it looks like a 10XD with a square lip.

Lucky Craft has a topwater that you can shove a glow stick inside, its a jitterbug knockoff thats pretty cool.

Zman has a soft plastic popper style topwater thats rigged weedless, or course they made a TRD kit for the Ned heads.

Do-It has about 40 new molds out.

Yum has a couple of neat looking drop shot worms.

Lowrance is always putting out something new stuff, including a color fish finder for less than $100 & a gps steering system.

Old town has a new kayak with a trolling motor system, which I really want but cant afford right now.

My christams list just got a lot longer.

They dont have weedguards, so they're out.

the popper might be an awesome bait in the grass

The kayak with trolling motor system. I'm guessing this would require titles and licensing.

No weed guard, yep that is a show stopper for me.

I sent them some feedback about the weedguard, but they havent responded. Which Im not surprised.

Goes to show this is a knee-jerk reaction to what they were seeing on the Rock during the tournament and that they really don't know what they are doing.

It appears SPRO has designed a crannkbait for Mike McClelland that falls into the wiggle wart category.

Im anxious to see this bait up close.

That yak.........3 thousand bucks. Sheesh! I do love the idea though. I have always toyed with the idea of mounting a trolling motor on mine but I could never get over the fact that it would be kind of uncomfortable to operate.
