MeatintheFreezer
What could the thought process possibly have been before letting a 4 year old pilot a PWC?? Dad: Tommy is growing up so fast..... he colors inside the lines, puts his shoes on the right feet and hasn't pooped himself since pre-school started last week. I think it's time I taught him to tear-butt around the lake and annoy fishermen on a jet ski. This reminds me of the 9 year old girl who shot the range instructor with an uzi last week in Phoenix. I feel the worst for the kids in both of these situations. I don't think we will be seeing either of these kid's parents nominated for parent of the year any time soon. A quick google search will show that this boy was not unique. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9BJJgow6kRw Remember - If at first you DO succeed, try not to act surprised & quit while you're ahead. fishinwrench
OK, here's the details..... It happened at a marina. A gentlemen pulled up to the gas dock to fill up the jetski and either took his life jacket off or unhooked the kill switch from his life jacket. The four year old grabbed the handle bars and squeezed the throttle to wide open. The adult went off the back while the jetski accelerated for approximately 50 yards and hit the dock. MeatintheFreezer
Wrench, if that's true then I retract my comments........but only in this case. Thanks for the clarification.
