The atmosphere at the K was electric Sunday night. Had a great time taking the boy and we both enjoyed ourselves greatly! It was my first time back to the K since the renovations and they have done a great job, that stadium has always been great and the remodel has it right in line with all the new stadiums! Greg Pryor (1985 Royals infielder) was at our tailgate party and he was kind enough to give Eli an autographed picture and show him his world series ring. Now it's time to whip those dirty birds!

Now that's just sweet right there. Yeah, the K is a great venue.

The electricity in KC is something else right now. You may have seen the story going around about 48 out of 50 states backing the underdog Royals. The combination of a Cub-like losing streak and a scrappy, can-do, never quit attitude are infectious. The t-shirt everybody wants right now is one that simply says 'Believe' in a baseball type script.

Meanwhile, over in STL, reports are that fans have been taunting Michael Brown protesters with some pretty off-color statements. Say it ain't so!

I'll let you know about St. Louis fans, I'm taking the wife to the game Sunday!

I was listening to a KC radio host rant yesterday blast the Cardinal and the fans and the city etc. I don't know many Cardinal fans that genuinely dislike the Royals or their fans. In fact I think most are pulling for them. KC seems to want the Cardinals and the city to burn. I don't get it...it is weird!

The protestors will probably be out again, but I doubt it will be an issue for anyone or they will even be able to close enough to the park.

Justin arrive early and talk a walk around ballpark village and fox sports midwest live....it is worth checking out!

My brothers surprise 40th will be on the rooftops seats if the Cardinal make it to the Word Series. Should be fun.

Will do, I think the hatred for Cardinals fans comes from all of them pointing to the missed call in the world series as being the only reason the Royals ever won one. As a Royals fan it is very annoying because that is the first thing they will say when they know you are a Royals fan. I for one like both teams and hope the Royals can win an I-70 world series without a bad call so the Cardinals fans won't have that to lean on anymore!

Yeah, I can see how that would be annoying. I think most Cardinals fans do in in jest rather than being really upset about it. Anyway, let's hope they meet in word series....it would be fun for sure!

Enjoy the game Sunday!

I agree that they do it in jest because they have won plenty more, but I also think they enjoy poking Royals fans a little bit since it is our only crown.

Go Cards! Go Royals!

If you listened to the rant, those are the same reasons that most of us don't like the fans, or the team.

Danny had a real good one on wednesday that started the whole thing.
