Looks like know one answered your question, I go all the time so have no problem telling you how fishing is, I hear about all these guys telling these fish stories but no one will really give another fella a tip. Fishing is slow right now, and fish are deep and the cold front is really gonna slow in down. I only go to fellows lake to fish with the wife and kids. I fish Stockton. I'd be. Glad to let you know where some crappie are up there.

Fish the warm water outlet at night. Use a weighted plastic tube bait or worm. Fish slow and bounce it off the bottom. Use dark green and red colors. That's how we have been catching em the last few weeks.

I haven't fished the warm water outlet in a year or so. I always fished for catfish there not bass. I fish at the boat ramp at night in the summer for bass and always have luck there

Outlet area at SL. Use 1/4 oz or 1/8 oz jig head 1/0 or larger hook with a 6 inch or 8 inch floating or finesse style worm (larger would probably work). Work it in the flow and the seams off the flow. Get it to the bottom and let it sit, working it back very slowly. If the line gets heavy set the hook. If you feel a bump set the hook. Best colors are green pumpkin, pumpkin and orange, watermelon.
