Well with the clear water, a black back on the S-waver, and a dark shadow following the bait, its only safe to assume its a bass.lol

You ever try the bone colored S Waver? I really like it in clear water, they were crushing it last week. Nothing big but any fish on a swimmer is a good time. My buddy was fishing an Islide but he doesn't have much confidence in swimbaits and gave up on it really fast. So you do the mod on your S Wavers? I did on this one and it seems to have made a big difference.

Did you file the points on the joint a little? I fish mine out the box, but I do change the hooks out for 2x gamukatsu #2 on the 168 and

2/0 on the 200

I took a Dremel to it, filed them quite a bit. I went from about 2.5" side to side movement measuring from the outside edge of the tail to almost 4" when I got done grinding. Now I can make it turn almost 180* and glide a long ways side to side, really seemed to be driving them crazy. Glad it's an inexpensive bait, I couldn't imagine sitting down and grinding away at one of my more expensive baits :beaten:
