you know this dum-butt probably just grabbed the easiest thing to carry. odds are he won't even realize what he has and the value. probably took it to the nearest pawn shop and got $10 to $20 bucks for them. bet the pawn shop knows the value. look for them on e-bay. tough break danger.

That's a bummer danger. Several of my friends up here in St. Louis that I go to school with have had their car broken into and their $1500 doctor bag and supples stolen. It's a shame.

The notorious Lake Ozark-area speed trap of Mack’s Creek angered MO state lawmakers enough they passed a law almost 20 years ago limiting the percent of a community’s budget that could be financed with traffic tickets. The law has been tightened since then and an even lower limit has been set. The attorney general of MO. is going to audit the following court systems for violations of this law are: Mosby, Leadington, Linn Creek, Foristell, Winfield, Foley, Ferguson, St. Ann, Bella Vista, and Pine Lawn. If more than 30 percent of a city’s budget comes from traffic violations, the city must refund the overage to the state. If it doesn't, the state can end the municipal court’s authority to handle those tickets. So maybe some of the municipal court’s are going to get their wings clipped..
