went out around 10 fished til 4 had 1 keeper spot couple shorts all caught on hula grub on bluff ends 5 to 20 ft of water tried spoon stickbait and wart no luck tuff day for me but great to get out

sounds like a good time, nothing better than being on the water, wish i could have been there with ya, although i had a good time making a pot of venison stew and cleaning the boat. good fishing to ya

Thanks for the report, kdc. I was down toward KC a couple of weeks ago and couldn't get much going. Pretty tough down there for some reason. Ol' hula grub and the Arkie Crawling Grub will get you bit in the winter time. Better luck next time.

I was out yesterday in KC area also. Had four bites in 4 hrs fishing. All bites at first light, really slow later. Tried ned, wart, spoon, swim bait and jerk bait. Tough bite.
