Still about half the cost or less of a pre-rap wart.
balsabee Posted January 11, 2015 Posted January 11, 2015 Mag Wart, Rebel Deep Mini or Maxi R will reach those so-called deeper fish. Champ188 and rps 2
rps Posted January 11, 2015 Posted January 11, 2015 Mag Wart, Rebel Deep Mini or Maxi R will reach those so-called deeper fish. I posted about the MagWart not long ago. I was hoping the Spro bait might hit the same depth with a smaller profile.
balsabee Posted January 11, 2015 Posted January 11, 2015 I remember a few years back someone won a CPA event getting down to that depth with a wiggle wart and 6lb test and a medium action spinning rod. I used to do it a lot but you constantly had to keep an eye on your line. A 4 pounder can eat your lunch especially when the water hits the mid 50's. Back then it wasn't that big a deal to lose a wart. Today it hurts a little bit. I still have just over a 100 left but think I'll stick to 10lb test.
