WE caught a nice mess a couple springs ago in a brush pile big one was 16' and then a couple 13 and 14's. The smallest in that pic looks tiny but it is actually 10 1/2. The others are just big. They are all pretty skinny though, nothing like Bull Shoals or Stockton crappie. We also caught a couple everytime we went bass fishing this winter throwing jerkbaits. Everywhere from the put in under HWY 65 down to the boat house. I see guys catching crappie there quite often but they dont look to be very big. As for eating the fish, they are fine. That is a rumor Kinda like the man eating catfish under and Dam the size of volkswagons.

Youtube channel for WinkieDoodles shows some good Crappie and Bass fishing, and what he's using to catch them all. Very informative channel from right here in the Ozarks, check him out!
