Got a nice 30 pound fish yesterday on a 2 inch shad. We have a lot of bait and fish from Praire Creek to Monta A. We ran 8 bait rods with little shad, big shad and brood shiners. If you go out look for the birds in the air and bait on your graph. The fis are down 30 to 40 feet and feeding on smalll bait.Water temp in running about 43 so the bite is a little slow. Think with the warm forcast it wont be long till we start of the run up river.

Nice fish. I'd look a little happier if I had one like that. ;-)

You got a good point there. That is a hefty stripped bass. Holding up this big ones can wear on ya.
