dtrs5kprs Posted February 1, 2015 Posted February 1, 2015 Stands to reason I guess. Seems like I remember hearing about TN putting trout in lakes like Dale Hollow, and of course Bull has a history. Wonder if they are making their way down lake due to the wood decreasing.
glennL Posted February 1, 2015 Posted February 1, 2015 Nice trout! Question... would one need a trout stamp to keep that fish? Glenn
Alex Heitman Posted February 1, 2015 Posted February 1, 2015 I know they say they come in from the roaring River and beaver tail water but it just makes me wonder how they make it all the way to the dam area. That seems like quite a swim
OldMillRoad Posted February 1, 2015 Author Posted February 1, 2015 I'm sure some folks have released a few from Taneycomo over the years.
OldMillRoad Posted February 1, 2015 Author Posted February 1, 2015 We put her back in but we both have lifetime permits so we could have kept it. I believe you would have to have a trout stamp to legally possess it.
merc1997 Bo Posted February 1, 2015 Posted February 1, 2015 great day of scrambling! that is quite a trout!! bet you were surprised. bo OldMillRoad 1
rps Posted February 1, 2015 Posted February 1, 2015 I catch one or two per year below Beaver town. The largest was 4 or 5 pounds and came out of the channel in front of Eagle Rock.
