Members Bumble Bee Posted February 7, 2015 Members Posted February 7, 2015 Does anyone know of anyone who re-upholsters boat seats for a reasonable rate? My bench seat is getting worn, and I'd like to replace it.
Members Golf Pro Posted February 7, 2015 Members Posted February 7, 2015 Gibbs in republic. Very happy with the job they did on my seats.
balsabee Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 R&B Auto Trim in Nixa. Talk to Lynn..Outstanding work and reasonable prices. She repaired my Champion boat seats and they now look brand new. Champ188 1
Members gatorbitu Posted February 7, 2015 Members Posted February 7, 2015 You might compare prices for new seats from liebrocs, I got new up to date seats and got rid of my bench seats for a pretty good deal for a 98 champ. They were so much better than the bench seats it had. Not a lot more for the new seats vs. recovering.
Dutch Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 If your boat brand is still in business they may have replacement skins for the bench. Karen Gibbs in Republic has done work for me and some of my friends. We have been satisfied with her work. A couple of years ago she did a truck seat for me. It looked like a factory job when I got it back.
Bill Babler Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 If your local. Go to Rags to Riches in Hollister. They have worked for me countless times. I pay full rate http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
Smalls21 Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 Ron's custom upholstery in Spfld does really good work.
gramps50 Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 Any in the St. Louis area? Got a friend who needs some boat seats done too. There use to be a guy just outside St James, but don't know if he's still there.
Members Bumble Bee Posted February 8, 2015 Author Members Posted February 8, 2015 Thanks guys. Looks like I have several options to choose from. I appreciate all of the input.
Bass Enforcer Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 There is a guy just outside of Union Missouri. CK sewing. Does a nice job that I have seen. Not real sure about his prices. I'm sure he is worth looking at. Also there is one in Washington on hwy 47. Can't remember the name but I am sure you can call chamber of commerce to get it. Good luck! gramps50 1
