Going to brave the weather this weekend, and fish with my father in law..

Driving down tomorrow morning, fishing, and hope to fish again on Sunday.

Weather wont stop me from fishing...

Maybe the snake eyes freezing will slow me down though

Lilley,

Any recommendations on flies?

I did stock up on some zebra midges, black and red, and I bought a bunch of sowbugs as well..

Any help would be appreciative :)

BuschTrout...

If your fishing this weekend and they dont shut down the water...

your going to be fishing in the chutes...Unless you have a boat...

Flies that could be good this weekend..

scuds, sj worms, sow bugs, and glo-balls (orange, red or peach)

maybe even a couple lightly wieghted white woolies in case they decide to flush the hatchery (but I didnt say that!!)

Leonard

bring some wieghts... to get the flies down

Leonard, thanks for the tips :)

Now the wifey and the mother in law are saying that it may get too crappy to drive back up to St.Louis on Sunday if it snows and what not :(

Worse case scenario...

20 min drive to busch.

Regardless, Im fishing somewhere :D
