Alex Heitman Posted February 20, 2015 Author Posted February 20, 2015 I already have a 32 and am looking to get another one or 64
fishingaddiction Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 Agree on keeping the GP in the boat at all times. The memories captured will be priceless. It can get kind of frantic sometimes when the catching is fast and furious, trying to manage the camera and concentrate on fishing. In the long run it is well worth the effort. Thanks for the info Flippin and the video Bluff-Bassin. Looking forward to getting set up for longer recording time with the direct connection set up. Born to Fish. Forced to Work.
Flippin Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 Alex that some nice video footage. It will be neat for you to look back on that video years from now. How did you mount the camera in the boat?
Bluff-Bassin Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 Good video Bluff Bassin. Great link, thanks. Have not made the leap yet, but am looking into it. Good video bluff bassin. Thanks, I have that set up in my boat for the last couple years. Works really well. 64gb chip can record for about 8 or 9 hours so it is perfect for a day on the lake. I'd post a few of mine I've made but admittedly I'm somewhat of a private person so I just tend to share them with friends and family and as stated, to preserve memories. I actually recorded my proposal to my now wife while out on the boat with the Gopro running. I'd be happy to send a couple of you guys the link if your interested in some ideas from a couple of my videos just shoot me a pm. Most are from clearwater and duck creek from south east Missouri. And for what its worth, my avatar was shot from my go pro mounted on a pedestal in the back of the boat.
