The water is open right now and the ramps and parking lots are clear. I drove around the southern part yesterday. There was a little ice in coves and Maize and Turkey were frozen up by the bridges but the main lake was open every where I went.

We will make a decision on Friday. Just to give Mother Nature and the " weather guessers " ( I like that by the way) a chance to get their ducks in a row. I will post one way or the other Friday afternoon.

Sorry but we just decided to cancel. Most of our club lives in the Joplin area and the roads are already covered here. Once again sorry for the late notice but too many of us are diehards, stubborn, or whatever you want to call it to not give up til the last minute. Myself being one of, if not the worst.
