Georges Creek access ?

Another update. The AGFC now owns some of the property at George's Creek to begin construction of an access at that site. Construction of the access will be dependent on weather.

Update on the Georges Creek access, I was there this week and it looks like it wont be long! They have all the parking lot graveled and as of Wed. they were doing the dirt work for the ramp, so it shouldn't be long.

It will likely be July before the project is completed.

The AGFC is building a new boating access at the mouth of George's Creek.

I dropped by last weekend at it looks like this is almost complete.  The ramp is in and they are working on a walkway/ handicap access.

It is a nice launch with a big parking area- guessing it will probably put more pressure on the stretch between George's and the slab.
