Okay thanks GNS. Doesn't look to hard but have never replaced one before. Hope it's an easy fix.

The hard part is snaking through the sleeve containing the wires. Then adjusting the pedal positions to your liking with the gear rack.

When you say snaking can you just thread the wire cable through the housing or do you have to take the whole thing out and out new one in.

Just attach the new one to the old cable and pull the new one through the sleeve. That's the way I pulled the new cable on my Motorguide trolling motor.

And isn't it amazing no one carries such a basic item at a lake that has as much use as Table Rock? Not like you are trying to find one at Bull.

Mixer they don't carry trolling motor parts there for some reason? What's new. Contacted a bicycle shop and going there now to check.

I'd like to know how that works out. Shift cables I assume? Wonder if spooled cable from a hardware store would work?
