Fish24/7 Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 WT low 60's visibility 2' 667.6 5-10:30pm Evening bite has been good, catching a few 4-5lb largemouth every trip. Last night I had 4 keepers in the 4lb class and lost a bigger one. Still throwing the same baits in the same type places but the jig bite has slowed down some. JIg seems to work better with the sun out. . After dark until 10:30 been getting a few fish with 6, 8 and 10" worms on a 1/4oz. carolina rig on flats and points at the mouth of coves in 8-12fow. Same class fish, but I can't get them to bite as good on these spots until after it's dark. Topwater has been good during the day. I heard several reports in the past week where they mentioned fluke type baits in the brush. Be sure to fish fast and cover lots of water with that topwater. jolicious and Diamond City Fisher 2
