Terrierman
It is pretty plainly written, you can only have one limit in your possession while on the water. Not confusing in the slightest. What would you expect a Conservation Agent to do if he checks you early in the morning and you have a limit of crappie plus 14 more? There it is. dprice
Suppose you bring them home and spill them in your pond ... And drive back to the lake? Dprice priceheatingair.comĀ
Members unclefish
When you talk limit are you talking about one species. I'm not from here and back where I'm from it's a combination like a mix of crappie, bluegill, yellow perch, etc. So what I'm asking is if I have 15 crappie and 15 white bass while fishing is that legal? dprice
It's legal. HYDE 1 Dprice priceheatingair.comĀ
Members terryjones
I had a buddy call the Conservation Department in Springfield he asked him the same question aboutcrappiehe asked if he cut 15 before midnight and fifteen the next day if that would be legal they told him as long as he kept them separated that that would be legal so why would a warden tell you he would write you a ticket Aggressor1988long
MOPanfisher
Whomever your buddy talked to in Springfield is wrong, it will take more than just separation, leaving them at a campsite, leaving them in a cooler on ice in your truck, preferably with a label. I guarantee that if you get checked and have over a limit in your immediate possession you are gonna get a ticket. 22fish

Members terryjones
call the Conservation Department back today they said today limit 30 fish so if you keep them separated before midnight and after midnight that is legal they also said it is up to the game or no when you tell him your story as well and he believes you're not so if you get off the water at 4 o'clock in the morning he's probably going to believe you but if you get off the water 10 o'clock in the morning he's probably not going to believe you so ultimately it is legal but it is up to the morning to decide whether not you're telling the truth or not
dprice
Id kinda like to see the vehicles parked more and our fees used towards useful items like a shack built at the access points where they could monitor for theivery and other violations 24 hours a day. Maybe 12 on 12 off. Mountain bikes for stealthy type checks . I think this could be a real benefit for the mdc and make their work easier. What is. The fine for a over limit?
