Feathers and Fins Posted June 10, 2015 Posted June 10, 2015 There are no fish left in the lake and I sure wouldn't be fishing Ford or Cedar Creek no way no how and sure wouldn't be point 4 to point 1. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856

Dan the fisherman Posted June 12, 2015 Posted June 12, 2015 Beaver had really been putting it to my the last week or so. I was so frustrated today that I decided to go below the darn and catch some dinner. The boys and I got 6 trout in 3 1/2 hrs. Had to jump spot to spot to get them. Beaver has been tough for me the last several outings. Lance34 1
Members Tallg Posted June 15, 2015 Author Members Posted June 15, 2015 Thanks everyone for all the helpful tips. We had booked a guide for Thursday morning to get us started. This is a picture of the first fish we caught. Kinda set the bar pretty high. Boated 5 the first morning. We had some trouble locating fish after that, while fishing on our own. Finally found them at point 6 on the last morning, just as the early bite was finishing up. I hooked up a decent fish but got broke off just as a boat next to me was landing a 27 pounder. We fished hard all weekend but ended up not catching anything but a small walleye the rest of the trip. Learned a lot and looking forward to the next trip maybe sometime in late summer. jolicious and Lance34 2
