Contrary to popular belief, attorneys don't take cases for the publicity. Appellate decisions are rendered based upon the points appealed upon. If the court makes a decision based upon one point, it may render all others moot.

Men and Fish are alike....They all get into trouble when they open their mouths....

That is what sickens me. If it is illegal for a Game warden to check you, then why have any regulations? In my eyes these are frivolous lawsuits! You got busted poaching and you don't want to pay

I am for this change. Maybe it will get the wildlife officers out of the parking lots and boat ramps and out patrolling the waters and woods and actually observing and catching violators in the act.
