rps Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 Water level just hit 923 and rising. The level for almost every day from October to early this summer was right at 910. That shoreline is now 13 feet deep. The water color is very brown right now - reminds me of Lake Eufala in Oklahoma. Hello chartreuse spinner baits, buzz baits, and big plastics with appendages. Codywskeeter1521 Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 Bring it on. I seem to do better with a bigger lake.
Champ188 Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 Gonna see what's happening tomorrow morning. Hopefully can launch at Big M. Codywskeeter1521 and magicwormman 2

OldMillRoad Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 If I can get on my darn dock, the boy and I are gonna beat the bushes in the morning. I'm gonna have to rotate the tires on the walk way since they have about 6,000 miles of up and down the bank this year. Codywskeeter1521, InPiney and Champ188 3
dtrs5kprs Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 You would sure think with the water up as long as it has been that there would be a flip/blade/TW bite in the bushes. Guess they could just be in shock too. Has all the water and current put the brakes on the thermocline?
Champ188 Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 I was picking up a pretty solid thermocline today at about 30 feet.
