Finally a post worth reading. Sounds like you had a great day DPrice. Thanks for info. Have yet to check out pappy rays products. Where does he sell out of? Does he have a shop or online sales only?

Thanks for the report. I'll be around that area tomorrow, mostly looking for sandies. If they can't be found I'll tie on a spinner bait.

5 BITES I'm still trying to get used to fishing but I LIKE!! really quiet I like being able to just reach with my hand and deploy !!!

Yesterday ramp was full I pulled up next to boats deployed it and stepped out I really don't need a dock any more..... Backed truck in Stepped back in boat and loaded. People watching. Super cool. New benefit! I do not regret it at all.

One last thing. I thot I would have wind drag ? If I do I can't notice it. Seems to actually give me even more bow lift. And boat runs 1 mph faster. I never considered this

I still consider you and your information. My decision to buy the 12 foot i seem to hold in 13.2 feet of water

Thank you sir.

Wanted to post now as We are off to church and family dinner today.

Wow. More speed is always more betterer, especially when you figure it has to compensate for the added weight.

I'm glad you are happy with them. It's definitely not a small purchase. I rode in a power pole boat yesterday and theirs now doubt talons are quieter. Not only the actual movement but the poles splashing in and out of the water. The poles advantage is getting out of the way of course.

This fall fishing windy flats and next spring you will really love having them. I look forward to upgrading to a setup like yours.
