I was thinking it was further down lake where the kill was taking place, maybe between big m and shell knob? Am I right about that? If beaver will keep water coming in you'd think the lake would be good up to the owl creek or rock creek area. That's just guessing though. If beaver doesn't let water in then I could see it getting bad up river in a hurry. When I become president we are getting rid of the stripers and tearing down beaver dam.

The best thing for fish care is good batteries and pumps. Run them suckers constantly. I like the idea of ice but I don't trust what they put in it some I'm iffy on using it. If I knew it was pure clean water I'd be good. I do use frozen water bottles and ice packs to chill the water sometimes and throwing a life jacket over the live well lids never hurts.

16 Keepers in a night of fishin is a heck of an evening...fish kill, Low O2, meat eaters, tournament guys and "fish transplanters?" and there is still a DANG good population of healthy fish in table rock.  Obviously merc1997 is better at fishing table rock than most fellas but there have been other good reports as well.  Low O2 is just eliminating the dumb fish, prolly good every so often.  Great report.

Gjuice, live well pumps on manual, pro oxygenator, frozen bottles of water. I have never lost a fish in my wells.  Sometimes it's unavoidable but never had one croak in a tournament.

We usually fill up a bunch of water bottles out of the lake and put them in the deep freeze.  I add a couple as needed throughout the day/night.  I am also running an oxygenator and throw in some catch and release additive.  Hydrogen peroxide works as well.
