snagged in outlet 3
I went years ago. We killed em with Chartreuse jig heads tipped with minnows. Right below the dam with ice chunks floating around. Pete Ham

snagged in outlet 3
Just like trout fishing below the dam. We tried several different drift lanes until we started catching fish and then stuck to that one. It was in January and it was cold. It's been 25 years ago I bet. brother dave
I had better luck at the chain of Ricks bridge and at Louisiana lock and dam. Like snagged in outlet 3 said pick a seam work it then to the next till you connect then stay on them. I have only caught a few sauger at Winfield, but that's just the operator. I shop at the outdoor grocery store
