Blll Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 Got out before sun-up and ran to PC. Pulled Flickers, shad raps,lazy Ikes, brooders. Cast spinner baits, spooks and redefins. Caught fish on everything! Everything too short except 2 white bass that were maybe a pound. 12-15 fish by Noon, beats nothing but I'd trade em' for 1 or 2 good bites. 8" spot on a full sized spook. Crazy. Watched a brace of deer get a drink and a fox too. Beautiful morning. Peace. tho1mas, J-Doc and Stump bumper 3

Champ188 Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 This would have been a great day (with the wind) to mix in a War Eagle spinnerbait with that Spook. Windblown bluff walls and 45-degree chunk rock banks can be pretty good in the river arms this time of year.
Members bc23champ Posted October 16, 2015 Members Posted October 16, 2015 I've been killing em on the spinnerbait. Probably could have caught 10 more if I threw it today. I just wanted to gain some confidence in the spook. War eagle sexy mouse try it. But you better hold on tight !
