Ham Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 One of the secondary advantages of having the White River below Bull Shoals and The Norfork Tailwaters both in the Mountain Home area is the outstanding Fly Fishing Guide Talent that developes in the area. I could not possibly list them all without accidentily leave someone out, but guys like John Berry, Davey Wotten, and John Gulley can't be found just anywhere. Well, there is another local guy that many of you may not know about. Henry Seay is just outstanding. He is 80 years old and still is a very active fisherman. He is a wealth of information and can really, really help folks get a lot further along the learning curve. He's very down to earth and very helpful. He has a high skill level, but is just as helpful as he can be. I believe he still does "buddy " trips for a small fee where he wades and fishes along side the client helping them learn. I have no idea why I have not done this with him, but some time or another in the next few months I hope to fix this. Henry also works part time at Blue Ribbon Fly Shop. I'm sure he can be contacted thru the shop to arrange a trip. grizwilson 1 Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. On Instagram @hamneedstofish
