Water color and surface temps from Coffman to the dam??

38ish and still brown.   Some really good fish are being caught but I don't know where or how just yet.

Went over to old kinderhook ice skating with the grandboy yesterday and the Niangua had some pretty darn clear water at 54 bridge

Well, if I go and catch any it will be on a Wart, Jerkbait, or A-rig, cause that's prolly all I'm bringing. Might have a jig just because.

I haven't been out recently but when I go I'll start with a 5" Hula grub on chunk rock.  Or a jerkbait if I can find clear water.

I'm hoping it keeps clearing and maybe warms a bit by Thursday- I'm usually a Bull Shoals guy this time of year, but the fact that it's 30 feet high is plus lack of free time gonna make me stay closer to home, if I can get away at all.

I don't expect it to clear up much anytime soon. Alot of dirty water being moved through the main Osage.  

Warrior says the Niangua is clearing, I'd go there.

I've never fished there- what's the best ramp in that arm?

Roach ramp off hwy "AA" I believe it is

MDC Roach access, or for 5.00 you can launch at 'Der Vaters Edge' resort at the 54 bridge... .Assuming it is ice free there (should be).
