     The gates are now open....people are now driving around, fishing off the banks, using the pinic area.  BUT....don't  think that the boat ramp is usable!!! The parking lot is open, no trash...however the ramp just above water level is covered with  thick, black, wet  mud... there is a mud island sticking up about  4-5 feet out past the ramp in the middle  of the lake.... looks like one brave soul attempted but eventually though better...      Also...for those fishermen who actually catch a fish (I'm just a fisherman at the present time).. the cleaning station at Shadow Rock is now open and usable. The water is on, the gut tube has been straightened out, and the light works..             They have been running water over the dam full time since Saturday.  Water temp is 46, good current.  You can see  a white jig in about 3 1/2 feet.

Looks like it needs some serious work...  lots of wash from the first flow back in Dec/Jan.  Would have like to have seen the flow right after they went to 73k at Table Rock - running through this area.
