Bill Babler Posted March 3, 2016 Posted March 3, 2016 If Mo was throwing it at the mouth of the Kings, that water is stained but it is far from muddy. it probably has close to 4' of visibility. Muddy is Both the big and little Indian Creeks at Baxter. Where he was on them like that I'm sure they would have crushed the A-rig. It was my only savior yesterday, and that was close to the mouth of the Kings. He just had a great day. I'm hoping he hits it again today, I'm really interested to see if he shoots the moon again. Just a fantastic day at any time of the year to put 30 in the boat. http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
Dutch Posted March 3, 2016 Posted March 3, 2016 Wow 30 bass this time of year and I thought we had had a bumper day catching 8 with 7 keepers including a 4.75 smallie on an A rig fishing between Mill and Cow.
Bill Babler Posted March 3, 2016 Posted March 3, 2016 You did http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
Bigmo Posted March 3, 2016 Author Posted March 3, 2016 Bill you are right on the visibility of 3 to 4 feet in the green stained water. During that hour and a half I came close to catching a fish on every cast. If I wouldn't have been in the right place at the right time I would have only had a 9 fish day, This time of year that's normal or a good day. In the six years of living on the lake I've only been able to go back to the same spot and have a repeat performance maybe 2 or 3 times. It's raining now but I plan on going out around noon if possible. I plan on hitting some similar banks up the kings. I'll post later and try to get some better pics but it's not that easy by yourself.
