Members CrappieMaster24 Posted March 13, 2016 Members Posted March 13, 2016 Sweet!! Good luck! Let us know how you do but don't post exact spots unless you want every one and their brother there dan hufferd 1
dan hufferd Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 Went there today, thanks CrappieMaster24. There was a ton of people on the river. It might not be bad during the week. Interesting spot. If you need some good spots on the lake this summer let me know. We can do some trading. CrappieMaster24 1
trythisonemv Posted March 13, 2016 Author Posted March 13, 2016 I just park at Taylor. I have two good spots that are hard to get to. CrappieMaster24 1
slab slinger Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 I have fished 13 HWY to Orleans over the years. You would be surprised how far up river whites will run. The crowds really start to thin above the power line from Taylor. Almost no one from there to RR bridge and from there to 215. If your willing to scout areas and are not affrade to walk you can have many holes to your self. I float fish mainly because of the rough terrain and private land postings but will stop and fish productive holes. Good luck monday. Hope you find them. Looking foward to reading your post. trythisonemv 1
Members ehertz Posted March 14, 2016 Members Posted March 14, 2016 Got into some this afternoon just below power lines. White clouser. Caught 5 in 2 hours. All big males. I missed several more. They were short biting. This rain has probably wiped things out for now though. trythisonemv and dan hufferd 2
Members CrappieMaster24 Posted March 14, 2016 Members Posted March 14, 2016 Wouldn't the rain turn them on? trythisonemv 1
trythisonemv Posted March 14, 2016 Author Posted March 14, 2016 I hope the rain pushes the big girls upstream. Glad you caught some though. I'm trying every hole tomorrow.
