Old plug Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 Wrench I was cauctioning about the flat. It is easy for someone not knowing to stray to far over there. I know the ramps fine now. Truth be told if I has a choice I would use Coffman Beach. There are a couple snags that can surprise you in the area. Just us caution the first mile down.
DADAKOTA Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 Yeah, I was talking about the ramp in the Gravois where the lake starts - can't get much further back than the ramp there. It's the closest to me from Warrensburg, other than Warsaw. There is an access off of lake road 135-12 called wig wam school access that may be closer for you. You'd be at the 66+ mm. Take 135 out of Stover to 135-12. It is a nice MDC ramp. Can't tell you if current water levels cause any issues however.
Jbrant Posted March 30, 2016 Author Posted March 30, 2016 I knew they put that ramp in at Wig Wam. I've seen it from the water once but haven't put in there yet. Heard they had some problems with theft in the parking lot at one point. Put in at the Gravois today without problem. Ramp was good. Only 4-5' of water but no issues.
