Took off from Pla Port around six forty five and headed down the lake to look for some brown fish. Started fishing around point nineteen,and fished my way back to hardmans by one thirty with three little dinks to show for my efforts(all fell for the ned). Picked up a friend from K.C. and headed up the White where we bad a decidedly better afternoon. Ended up with thirty total, and eight that would measure. The two best were a pair of pretty nineteen inches. They almost all came on a wobble head for me and a jig for my buddy. They all were in less than six feet of water, and several came from a foot or two of water. Shallow wood seemed to be the ticket. Water ranged from 56 to 58. Be safe.
