moguy1973 Posted April 24, 2016 Author Posted April 24, 2016 Niangua Arm was rough for me today, both fishing wise and wave wise. Between all the boats that were out and the wind that picked up around 9:30 the waves had my Tracker bouncing all over. As for fishing, I only had one small bass on that got off a square bill, and I caught one of those stinky gizzard shad and a 2lb drum. Still fun and good to finally get the boat out and try it out for the first time. Didn't do too bad backing it down that long ramp at Larry Gale, although I did have issues getting it back onto the trailer until a nice guy told me I had the trailer in too far. Pulled it up to where the fenders were just out and put it on there the first try. Definitely isn't as easy as a lot of people make it look. -- JimIf people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles. -- Doug Larson
