slider Posted May 1, 2016 Posted May 1, 2016 It's been a tough season fore me so far. Been messing with one old gobbler with no luck. Changed to a new location this morning and had two long beards coming in but just wouldn't come to where I needed them. This Jake came in from behind, so I went ahead and killed him. 15.6 lbs 4 inch beard. Maybe this week on one of the long beards. BilletHead Posted May 1, 2016 Posted May 1, 2016 Way to go Slider, Pretty bird and good eats for sure. We seen a bunch of birds this morning trying to get one to the Mrs. They would not call and could not get in front of them. Will try again Tuesday morning, BilletHead "We have met the enemy and it is us", Pogo If you compete with your fellow anglers, you become their competitor, If you help them you become their friend" Lefty Kreh " Never display your knowledge, you only share it" Lefty Kreh "Eat more bass and there will be more room for walleye to grow!"
