Members waterdogMP Posted May 8, 2016 Members Share Posted May 8, 2016 Got on the water at 1930 and fished until about 0200. Ran all over around Maize Creek and Masters. There were a lot of boats out. Caught a lot of fish but only 8 keepers between 2 of us. Hard to establish a pattern with them tonight. Hammer time Posted May 9, 2016 Share Posted May 9, 2016 Night fishing is probably the best odds to catch the big girl, I've read tons of fishing books and all authors agree that almost all huge fish feed exclusively at night. Always swore by day fishing but a buddy of mine has gotten me really hooked (no pun intended) on night fishing. It's a little cold in the early months but it's worth it for sure.
