Champ, If you're going to buy a yak, might as well buy a two seater.  You can sit up front and fish, and Donna can sit in back and be your "human trolling motor".  Think of all the benefits - no batteries to charge and maintain, no more foot pedal, - you can use "Voice commands" to steer the yak.  Granted, it may take Donna a while to move down the lake a few miles to the next spot, especially into a 25 MPH headwind, but you could take advantage of the down time to eat a snack, observe the wildlife, maybe even take a picture or two.  Sure sounds like a good deal, doesn't it?

Quillback, so far I've lived to be 55 years old. Given my lifestyle prior to divine intervention, some would say that's more than a little surprising.

Soooooo, you don't really think I'm gonna answer that, do ya?

That settles it.  Not for us and I'll be swtiched if I'll go fish in a washtub built for two.  hehehe

The charm of fishing is that it is the pursuit of what is elusive but attainable, a perpetual series of occasions for hope.

LOL, no I really wasn't expecting a reply.  You are wise beyond your years.

If you fill that tub up with water and throw a Ned in it, I wouldn't be shocked to see you catch a brown fish.

Probably not.  Guess I should have said "fish from a washtub" not in one.  lol

The one thing I fear the most is a bright sunny sky on Saturday after having this cloud cover most of the week. Dang post frontal crap.
