Ok MDC Site says Good Catfishing, just wondering if this is true. Wanting to catch eating size Channel Catfish. Plus wanting to catch Redhorse Suckers. And how is Bank Fishing?

Sure, plenty of catfish in that stretch, though as I remember, not much habitat for them right at the access.  You may have to walk, wade, or otherwise go to the first good pool upstream or downstream to have much of a chance of catching any.

When I think of catfish rivers the middle Gasconade isn't even on the radar.   I'm sure there are some tasty little channel cat in those long deep bluff holes.

I was working a weed edge with a crawdad fly on the Niangua last August-September and stuck a hefty fish. At first glance I thought I'd hooked a 2 pound Hellbender.  Turned out to be a 18" flathead.  I sure wasn't expecting that!

Ok it is same distance from my place to Lead Mine Access and Hazelgreen Access. Wanting both Redhorse Suckers and Channel Catfish, leaning more to the Suckers.

The other day hooked a Channel Catfish at Lead Mine that straighten out my Hook. I have caught a few there. Went to Hazelgreen today seems the Bridges give structure but there is a Tree down by the Old Bridge. Of course the river was up today with the rain we have had.

I have a 12 foot Jon with Trolling Motor or 5HP Motor, if this is needed.

With this information which would be the best choice?

There is some pretty froggy, deep water down from the access, but you'd be hard pressed to find anything but riffles at the access. A short jaunt downstream would probably net better results.
