Water has cleared up really good.  We can now see the bottom under the Jon boatsat Lilleys' dock.  That means at least 7-8 feet clarity. The water does have a green tint to it, but still great clarity compared to a month ago.  Fishing during day is tough off dock, but did have two little kids with parents that have never fished before catch two off dock in an hour mid day two days ago. They were tickled pink. Fishing in mornings and evenings from boat has been from fairly good to good depending on where you are fishing. I've had 4 trips in the last week and everyone has at least caught limits. Most releasing a few after catching limits. From the docks below trout hollow up to fall creek has had some real good days and down In front of the landing has been fishing good. Inflated night crawlers with and without power bait on drift rigs and under floats has been working best. Trout magnets are good in mornings and evenings with pink producing good.  A few fish are still being caught on castmasters and Cleos. If your not catching fish, you have to move and find them. Every day a 19-20 incher seems to be caught off the dock or in close range of the dock from a boat. Trophy area, still doing well on scuds, and midges. Two pound line and 3/32 jigs along with 1/16 are catching more fish. 6x and 7x becoming more necessary for midge and scud fishing.

water has been off the last couple of evenings and all morning with generation beginning around 1-2 pm till around 7-8 pm. Fly fisher peoples should be taking advantage of the night time opportunity.  I have boated up to the narrows and got out and wade fished the whole area all to myself twice in the past week. Stripping pine squirrels and white mink has been fun. Sow bugs and scuds under a lighted indicator should produce well up there!
