mzrealfish Posted July 29, 2016 Posted July 29, 2016 That place is incredible. Not sure my kung fu is strong enough to make it work quickly.
Boobie Posted August 1, 2016 Posted August 1, 2016 I could be your co guy.... of course i would need deer season off, and o i forgot duck season also. Maybe crappie season and i think snow goose season. Let me know!!!!!!!!
jdmidwest Posted August 1, 2016 Posted August 1, 2016 Kinda pricey for only 156 acres. On top of that, public stream running thru it with all of those people. I would go for something more remote. Gavin Posted August 1, 2016 Posted August 1, 2016 Looks like the property is on the gravel mined section right below Vida slab. Float through and check it out before you get too excited.
Al Agnew Posted August 2, 2016 Posted August 2, 2016 Yeah, that's kinda what I thought, looking at the pictures. A lot of banks that need rehabilitation, cleared to water's edge and eroding. Would be a good place if you're into working to improve the habitat. Owning riverfront property on popular rivers, as we do, you have to be willing to put up with other people, some of whom are always going to be doofuses. Especially if it's close to an access. You won't feel like the river is "yours" on good weather weekends, that's for sure. On the other hand, the bikini hatch (including one fine looking woman who apparently had lost her bikini top) was well worth watching this past weekend on the Yellowstone! mzrealfish Posted August 2, 2016 Posted August 2, 2016 Love lost bikini tops and stolen bikini tops. Property sold right after I visited. The whole thing needed some work but what doesn't these days. The 16 acre lake on the property was very inviting to me as well. River + lake = happy Mark. I will keep looking. Waterfront property is disappearing at an alarming rate. I'd like to be on the positive side of that equation someday. awhuber 1
Gavin Posted August 2, 2016 Posted August 2, 2016 Property trades all the time. Have no worries. You will probably get a better one in the future. awhuber 1
Kayser Posted August 14, 2016 Posted August 14, 2016 darn. I read the first page, sent the link to someone, and then realized it was sold. That's what I get for going AWOL while in Wisconsin... Eric82 1 WARNING!! Comments to be interpreted at own risk. Time spent fishing is never wasted.
