Walleye and Bluegill

Had a good Friday and Saturday fishing with my father. We fished the mid lake area for bluegill and walleye. Caught two nice walleye 19 & 21" Friday dropshoting crawlers. Also caught several good bluegill on crickets. Went back Saturday morning and caught another 20.5" eye and lost another larger one at the boat bottom bouncing crawlers. Also picked up several more bluegill and bass. Seemed like everything we picked up was around 27' on main lake points.

Sweet, thanks for sharing. It sounds like the walleye are turned on. I guess the rain didn't hinder you? 

I thought about heading down Saturday but I figured it would be raining.

Rain? After getting soak the first ten minutes, I hardly noticed the downpour that lasted for a couple hours
