Saturday trip

man the bass were shallow and on fire, we were out for about 4 hours.

the lake was really quiet for it being a Saturday

headed there this weekend with my 75 year old dad who hasn't been out for several years.  any extra info would be appreciated.

Chrome Crank Baits casting toward shallow banks

Well the last 2 days after this front moved through has been really tough for me. Have fished shallow and 45° banks from the mouths of coves to the back with very little luck. I have been fishing jigs,plastics and crankbaits.

I am gonna give the whites and crappie a run tomorrow I hope.

My dad and a friend of ours caught 14 whites last night trolling White jigs. Most of them in less than 5 fow in the back of a cove. Crappie have been slow for us catching quite a few small ones but not many keepers.

we have been catching whites off the banks last week or so.........
