FRENZEL Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 I agree on release. Trust me I want good fishing to continue. I bet that isn't the 1st time that fat one was caught. I always encourage people to go the replica route as well. Just far superior when it comes down to it. But it is true that it is the anglers choice. A trophy is a trophy after all. Just wanted to point out that he still caught the fish, if it was bait or not we pat him on the back. I just wish I would have caught him. jscheetz Posted March 20, 2007 Posted March 20, 2007 Terry, you are right WAY too much software these days! Not really lots of time - but I just got done tracking at the studio, it was midnight, wanted to relax, and I sat down and saw that picture - and it just spoke to me - or someone spoke to me anyway I was sure I heard a voice...... Terry Beeson Posted March 20, 2007 Posted March 20, 2007 Aaahhhh... the "voice"... I know it well. Sort of "James Earl Jones-ish" with a smattering of Rambo and Steven Tyler... A few quotes from "The Voice:" "It's not a liqueur, it's coffee creamer!" "Go ahead... Your wife won't mind you spending all that money on fly at Backcountry Outfitters. You can eat ramen noodles for a month." "Britney Spears is the antichrist." "Wooly Buggers ARE flies, TOO!" TIGHT LINES, YA'LL "There he stands, draped in more equipment than a telephone lineman, trying to outwit an organism with a brain no bigger than a breadcrumb, and getting licked in the process." - Paul O’Neil
Snow Fly Posted March 21, 2007 Posted March 21, 2007 A guy I was with in Viet-Nam use to hear those same voices!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "God gave fishermen expectancy, so they would never tire of throwing out a line"
Kicknbass Posted March 21, 2007 Posted March 21, 2007 Nice job on the Photo shop jscheetz. Now we know how you catch that fish in your profile. " Too many hobbies to work" - "Must work to eat and play"
jscheetz Posted March 21, 2007 Posted March 21, 2007 hehehehe Kickin!! My secret is out! Heck I've never even fished out of state Terry, I think the Britney quote is actually too reasonable to be "that voice". Just seems like sound wisdom to me. Terry Beeson Posted March 21, 2007 Posted March 21, 2007 Hey, Kickin... That's not photoshopped... That's a Taney shad and Scheetz just has 10 ft long arms with itty bitty hands!
